As soon as I walked out the door of the hotel I could tell it wasn't in the cards. Really windy and I just felt stiff and sore. With that in mind, i banged out a 5 mile recovery jog. Better to listen to the body than push it. Running a leg of a relay this weekend with some guys at work. I would have liked to skip it but the team is short folks due to injuries. I am running the same leg as last year. It will be interesting to see how much slower I am this year than last.
