11 miles at 7:03 min / mile pace
3 miles easy at 8:09 min / mile pace
1 mile cool down at 9:10 min / mile pace
I had actually planned on running more of the faster pace 13 as opposed to 11, however, it was windy here today and when I took the turn towards home I realized it was going to be tough to hold pace heading into it. So rather than kill myself for a log entry I pulled it back. Decent run otherwise with a decent for me.
