Decent progression run…. I was feeling decent so decided to gradually step up the pace a little. Followed up the run with 45 minutes in the gym focusing on the hip flexor and abs. I can feel the groin, but I must say that it is getting incrementally better. The increments are frustratingly small, but I must keep in mind that to be anywhere a 7:10 pace and 6.5 miles in distance just a month ago would have been an impossibility. Still a long way to go, but at least the current direction is right.
