This was the first time I felt smooth in a long, long time... For a period of time out there it was relatively effortless - everything felt in sync. I still have a long way to go in terms of bringing my pace down, etc. , however, it was really nice to have a good run for a change as it has been practically a year of frustration. Feeling a little sore right now, however, so I can't read too much into this yet.
