Notes
I was supposed to run 10 - 5 - 1 for 16 total miles. 10 easy, 5 at marathon pace and 1 easy. screwed things up by accidentally hitting the lap button at 7.36 miles and then fiddling with it after while running. Screwed it all up by going to use a washroom and recording the 12:36 mile.... then ran hard as per the plan for a bit until the heat caught up with me and I dragged my tail in.
Oh well, ran hard all week. It isn't the end of the world to have a workout not be optimal.
