Notes
Warm water. Freezing cold wind and 13 degrees.
Got a leg cramp half way which took a little while to resolve.
Didn't put in enough effort early on.
Poor prep, need to improve
1. Swam the Monday before, and no swims after that
2. No warm up swim, would have probably gotten too cold
3. Egg and bacon sandwich an hour or so earlier - big mistake.
Bit disappointing overall.
