Carrum Beach

Notes

Warm up then intervals

8x 400m (approx) between poles at Carrum beach.

Not sure the poles are 400m apart so adjusted intervals to come in about 2min20 to 2min30.

Th paddled upwind for a final down wind run.

Poles are 330m apart. I did get it bout right.

400m = Lifesaving club to right opposite waking track with wood fence to street, just past the pole.
