10 x 50m on 55sec - coming in at 50sec
10 x 100m on 1:50 - coming in on 1:40
4 x 200m on 3:30 - coming in on 3:20
1 min rest between set's (approx, had to juggle a bit with other people in the lane)
no cool down - running a bit late.
Good set, started out very easy and got a bit more challenging in the 200's.
Kept a consistent pace the whole time. Could probably trim the times down a little on each interval.
