broke out the IceBugs for today's run...they still feel pretty good...started my run as the sun was falling below the tree line...nice and calm conditions...saw a couple dog walkers and many geese in the field...ran up the camp hill to the trail and then down hill to the loop...ran out to the bridge and up to the observation tower gate...made a detour on the campground side trail on the merkle side of the bridge...ran easy but I felt short of breath and was breathing heavy most of the way...felt OK...
