sunny hot and humid...deer flies in small dose...ran the scenic road with a camp cc loop over and back across the merkle bridge and finish on the orange trail straightaway...keep distance short due to heat and no insect repellant...saw two small turtles paddling in creek while running over bridge...recovery was a tall heineken...slowly getting my running mojo back...consider future race plans...478c...felt good...
