Back at Jug Bay...Summer break from running the trails at Jug Bay is over...First run here in 72 days...Not much has changed...Sunny and humid morning...Ran the uphill mile to the Park HQ and also hit the boardwalk through the marsh and the pink trail...Also did a short loop on the orange trail back at base to add some extra distance...Only encountered one deer fly on the road but many were still out on some of the trail sections; hope they're all gone soon...Legs were heavy and sore following yesterday's half marathon race so I took it nice and easy...Recovery: Miller Lite...1283c...felt good...
