Conditions:
Indian Summer afternoon…warm 80 degrees…surprisingly no other visitors at the park today…at least until I was leaving
The Run:
Combination of park road, field trails, and wooded trails…fortunately not many spider webs to contend with…legs a bit sore probably from five straight days of running, but no big deal…ran with ease and comfort
Wildlife:
Scattered some deer out on the trails…familiar deer reappear near parking area…enjoyed the low hum of crickets chirping…many piles of horse manure to maneuver around on the wooded trail sections…
Random Notes:
Cross-country course marked for action…wonderful to experience and bask in the quiet solitude…not much pondering of anything on my mind today, just enjoyed the run…Running is Fun!
