20K Run at Jug Bay...Long distance before the snow comes for one more round of winter...Conditions would hardly suggest a big snow storm is blowing into town...filtered sun mild temps start at 44 degrees and warmed up to 52 degrees by the finish...took the scenic road tour and over to Merkle for a tour of the trails there...wildlife: geese and deer; a runner with dogs; a couple of bikers and a pair of runners on the Merkle side...Had a strong second 10K to get avg pace below 10 min/mile...satisfied with this run but dissatisfied with low mileage this week...Random thoughts about signing up for additional spring races and a fall marathon...Recovery: IceHouse...1968c...felt good...
