sunny and clear...cool breeze...start in the cold with a nice mild warm up...flaked on my 50m race...too manylogisitc problems...settled for a 50k distance run at jug bay...not a bad consellation...found a nice run/hike groove...ran the cc filed to yellow trail to blue trail to orange trail and down hill...approx 2.2m loop...ran 14 loops...collected a walking stick each time...14 pit stops...sights of the day: dog trainers...horse riders, young lovers smooching...had a face plant incident...caught myself before face hit mud but sprained right thumb pretty good...focused and debating what type of running to do in future...mid-distance or long distance...impressed with my finish time...4164c...felt good...
