tough start due to conditions and soreness...rained hard the first mile then stopped...built momentum as the run progressed...ran the scenic road with the usual side trails...up to observation tower...turned back after encountering horse riders and hunting dogs...ran up the trail to the park entrance and back down to base...felt good...
