sunny hot and humid early...ran the camp hill to horse trail to STCR trail to horse detour trail...did four loops...ran steady for the first three loops...then tired in the heat on the fourth loop...stopped for water transition at halfway point...flies out in numbers and aggressive today...quiet...felt good...
