Trail Running Galore...Gorgeous Friday afternoon...Start the 3-day holiday weekend with a trail run...Five miles worth of running on wooded trails and about 3 miles on park road...Trails have a nice canopy blocking out most of the sun...Sluggish effort mostly but found a good pace after six miles or so...Wildlife: A lone deer and had to swat a couple deer flies away...Recovery: Sierra Nevada Pale Ale...1277c...felt good...
