Happy New Year! My own New Year's Day 5K...first run since November 22...cloudy and foggy...ran with ease through the mean streets of Mutual Estates...quiet...lower back a little tight...felt fatigued near the end...overall a good first step on the running comeback trail...hope to finish 2010 having run a marathon (#4)...first run in new shoes and new running jacket...good tunes to help push me...felt good...
