Conditions:
All sun…wet grounds after last night’s rain…cool 59 degrees to start with a warm up to low 60s by finish
The Run
Going for the mileage to day…recovery run…contemplated hiking but wasn’t experiencing any negative issues with body or mind so stuck with running most of the way…did my usual merkle run I’ve doing the last month or so…
Wildlife:
Not much today…saw a lone buck in a merkle field and a lone galloping deer in another field…ran by a turtle early on in the run…saw a photographer with what must’ve been the largest lense I’ve ever seen in person!
Random Notes:
Small camping group…ran without any discomfort…typical sore legs some hip tightness…
