sun cool dew...nice conditions...started sluggish and sleepy...woke up after three miles and a good pace...moved pace down from approx 13min/mile after first mile to 11:30 pace by finish...starteld a large pack of geese early along farm field...ran red trail south to sky blue trail out to STCR...back to blue trail to green trail to blue trail to purple trail and back on red trail...low area flooded had to wade through on way to finish...felt good...
