sun and clouds mix hot & humid...tropical feel...ran uphill mile to park HQ loop...out & back...deer flies abundant but not much problem with repellant...saw a squirrel and no other wildlife save for the deer flies...run gave me a sense of relief as it was the last day of school...jubilation...kept a steady road-running pace...took a few of uphill walk breaks...able to run with ease up some other hills...recovered with a tall bud...814c...felt good...
