sunny and mild for early March...labored through this run...breathing heavy and fast heart rate...lots of hills...ran the creek-crossing trail route with a little exploring...ran a new loop marked with ribbon back up to farm field and then headed back across the road and to the trails back to scenic road...ran easy...felt OK
