sunny clear crisp and cold...no wind like yesterday...small happy crowd of runners...ran with sore legs for the first half...out and back course...out in 1:01...used gel at mile 7 and found good energy to run through the soreness...booked it coming back in 57min including 7:53 final mile...nice setting...trails are mostly dirt and small rock...nice scenery...pine tree tunnel...will run this race again...nice and low key...bright shirt and medal...Half Marathon Update: HM Distance for 2012 (3/30)...HM Races (4/100)...1992c...felt good...
