overcast cool and damp...scenic road-orange & blue trail-croom airport road loop 3x...solid effort all the way...ran with intensity and discipline...slight twinge of hamstring tightness on loop 2...lots of dog walkers today...beat darkness but not by much...1976c...felt good...
