sunny and hot...feels more like July...feeling tired and sluggish...took some walk breaks...ran out the scenic road to the first side trail passed the boat ramp lot...did 5 loops there...trying to take advantage of the shaded trail...not my best outing...need to improve diet and non-running conditioning...felt icky...
