Notes
#RWRunStreak Day 6
Conditions:
Quiet and calm…mild afternoon it was 57 degrees when I started running and dropped to a cool 46 by the time I finished…sun was dropping but still bright
The Run
Ran a cross-country influenced path through the field to the boat ramps with a loop around campground “cc”…collected some wood over the last mile or so…kept to a casual training pace…no aches or pains to report…
Wildlife:
Surprisingly few deer to be seen…maybe a half dozen total and none in the fields…geese out and about…several aircraft to take notice of…
Random Notes:
For starters, my first run at "The Jug" in 12 days...thoughts of 2014 races and a general feeling of unwinding after work dominated…and maybe a little bit of where I fell short in 2013…keeping this run streak going…Runner’s World influenced…burned off 658c...felt good...Running is Fun!
Recovery:
Budweiser Tall Boy
