sun clouds mix then full sun...comfortable and less humid...sleepy after staying up late...settled into a comfortable long run pace...i would like to use this pace in my races...saw fellow trail runners...ran the bus depot trail (red) to grenn out and back without loop...continue on red up to bus depot road turnaround...continue on road to park entrance....hq loop with purple trail out and back...uphill/downhill...1503c...felt good...
