Recovery Hike...Suffered an unexpected groin strain mid-week; very tight, very sore...Moved at a decent clip with no discomfort but when I tried to run for 20 paces the soreness would flare up...A bit disconcerting to move at such a slow pace after speed training for 6 months but it was an enjoyable change of pace after all...Bright sunrise and mild morning with the fog burning off...Going for 1000 miles! 264c...felt good...
