started with a hot sun...very humid...then rain clouds rolled in and got a moderate rain shower at 4m...deer flies aggressive...ran up the camp hill to horse trail to STCR trail over to horse detour trail to camp trail to horse trail to bus depot trail and head back to base...started weary but found pace on horse detour trail...felt good...
