Long Slow Distance Run...Sunny and cool morning run a most welcome change from the week's high heat and humidity...Legs were heavy but didn't slow me much...Had a slight ankle roll near the finish, and happy to report my mending ankle stood up well...Not much in the way of wildlife to report, mostly squirrels...Scouts were breaking down their camp...1322c...felt good...
