Notes
Conditions:
Back to Jug Bay after a week...partly to mostly cloudy...mildish at 70 degrees...after last week's drenching the trails were surprisingly not so muddy...no aches no pains to report...
The Run:
Variety run...road, field trail, and wooded trail...plenty of each...quiet and nothing out of the ordinary to report...pace was casual and slowed a bit to accommodate the trail portions...
Wildlife:
Deer, geese oh yeah uh huh...deer number well into the 30s by a sight count as I closed in to a finish...grazing...saw a random squirrel or two...saw what looked a lot like air force one flying over head at the start of my run...maybe the POTUS saw me running!
Random Notes:
a run I had been looking forward to and it paid off...thoughts of racing and work and the world in general helped me pass the time...all in all this run was the highlight of my day...burned off 1427c...
