sunny and hot but not oppressive...garmin took forever to find satellite reception...ran camp hill to orange trail across to blue trail...green trail 2m loop...yellow trail to base...ran fast trail training pace...spider webs in the face...ran 8:40 min 3rd mile...saw rams crossing croom airport road after park entrance...693c...felt good...
