sunny and delightfully warm...looking for another five mile workout...started up the bus depot trail but was turned back by a flooded downhill section shortly after taking the trail entrance...back-tracked to the stair trail and detoured up to the bus depot...steady running for long stretches...run = 4.4m...startled a blue heron at bridge crossing...felt good...
