partly cloudy and muggy...some late summer heat...a little tropical feel from earl...ran the stair trail to cross trail down to merkle with a big loop...back to base down the camp hill...ran a slow first mile due to downed trees on stair trail...rant 9min/mile for next three miles before tiring in the heat...tired from long week...run gave me some strength back...felt good...
