Running Into Fall...Mid-tempo long run around the corn fields...Took the scenic road around to Merkle and did loops around the big field (5x)...Conditions started with clouds and fog quickly burning off to make for sunny skies...Kept a steady pace and ran some race pace miles late in the run...Wildlife: A few deer; some birdwatchers were out making the rounds...Recovery: Budweiser...Ten Miler: 30 out of 50 for 2014...2030c...felt good...
