gray and cool but humid...improvised my route today...ran the scenic road out to the bridge and back then headed up to the St. Thomas Church Road trail...took that trail out to the road and made my way back to base...ran a strong first half on the scenic road then took some walk breaks on the trail out after 5.37 miles...need to improve fitness level so that I am not taking any walk breaks...pass 400 miles for the year with today's run...felt good...
