a long week of work and bad weather conspire to keep me from running...a one and done week...sun coming out after early rain storm...cool at the start but warm up comes quick...spotted one or two deer flies...first of the year...ran the scenic road out to merkle hq loop and back with no side trail detours...saw a couple of other runners...pass the 300 mile mark for the year today...felt good...
