Pounding the Pavement...Pulled off a La Plata tripleheader today; haircut, bbq, and track run...Stopped by Milton Somers M.S. on the way home and hit the track...Same hardtop asphalt track that was there 30 years ago when I lived in Charles Co....Ran at or near race pace and felt most comfortable...Started with just one lone walker as company on the track, but it didn't take long for the various practices to start and the track started to become overrun with moms and kids getting in some exercise too...Beautiful afternoon with temps in the low 80s and very low humidity...Recovery: Fosters Oil Can...657c...felt good...
