sunny and cold with quick warm up to the 50s...did a couple of barn/hill loops then hit the trailhead start some music and up the orange trail hill to park hq road...run to hq turnaround with side trails...finish on red to yellow trail...started sluggish but then found a training pace...tunes helped...1463c...felt good...
