overcast and humid...deer flies out in numbers...ran the scenic road out to merkle...hit all side trails then to merkle field loop...came across injured cyclist waiting for medical assistance...eventually got ambulance headed to him...continued out to fenno road entrance...fenno road to trail entrance on st. thomas church road...blue trail up to park entrance...road to red trail south to base...still have effects of cold...fatigued...use new hand-held water bottle...felt good...
