sunny clear and cold but sun is warm...started with 6 camp hill repeats with loop around airport landmark...intended to do 15 loops but dog group showed up and and to change course...ran up to park hq and looped back to base...experienced some soreness in bottom of left foot but not severe...ket a training pace near race pace...1369c...felt good...
