abundant sunshine a bit breezy at times warm-up 41-61 degrees...casual long run...purposefully wanted to focus on some hiking...started with one loop on my 50K course then one circuit through the 10K race course and finished with about 8 1/2 miles around the merkle grounds...saw plenty of squirrels a couple of herons and a large group of horseback riders...recovered with a couple of coronas...2250c...HM: 8/30...felt good...
