humidity is turned on today...first training run of 16 week plan leading up to the Run at the Rock Race in December...used Runner's World plan for marathon training...using time as a measure rather than mileage...today had to run a 45 minute Endurance Run with 4x15-sec. strides...accomplished all...ran my stress away...felt good...
