sunny hot and humid...temps going up and over 100 today...flies a pain for first three miles or so then not so much...felling a bit bloated and sluggish...ran the scenic road to horse detour trail to STCR trail to horse trail up to park entrance...took road to park hq and turned back taking side trails...bus depot trail down road to horse farms...looped back and finished on road...harsh conditions but was happy to finish...felt good...
