sunny and frigid...at least there was no wind...ran around the scenic road up to the merkle fork...took the farm road side trail to boost mileage...passed a lady runner who refused to wave back...creek under bridge was frozen...not many if any geese around...park ranger back at base says running outside beats the treadmill any day...my hat froze...ran at race pace plus...felt good...
