Conditions:
Mostly cloudy with a bit of filtered sun...seasonably cool at 65 degrees...the smell of leaves permeates...plenty of leaves down on parts of the scenic road...
The Run:
Ran with some earnestness even strong at times...ran two loops of the scenic road, orange trail, and croom airport road circuit...no aches and pains to report...overall a pleasureable experience...
Wildlife:
Plenty of deer grazing about...geese in numbers flying around in formation...dog walkers and bicyclists out...
Random Notes:
Focused on the run...mind did not drift too much but some work-related thoughts and future race plans crept into my imagination...burned off 1349c...
Recovery:
Grapefruit-flavored water and some apple juice
