COMMENTS: Decided not to race today...boo...cold, and other conditions keeping me unmotivated...boo..anyway ran up to the observation tower entrance after running the cross country portion of the scenic road...struggled a bit...most likely ran more than five miles...need more weeks like this to build on mileage...
