sun and clouds mix...humid...back to work run...took an extra couple of days off post race on saturday for dehydration...ran hard without complications on twisting trails...lots of tree parts down across section of trails i haven't run for a while...a few campers and pepco trucks parked in camp area...939c...felt good...
