Notes
although it was nice and sunny on my drive over to Jug Bay, there was a brief rain shower as I started the run...even saw a rainbow...overcast most the rest of the way...but then the sun broke through again as I finished...mild 45 and climbing...ran straight out to merkle on the scenic road and took the trail road to the hq loop...back to the trail road for a field loop and back to base...took about 10 min worth of walk breaks...labored breathing and not feeling my best physically...foot callus is sore and I could feel it at times...overall happy to complete a long run for the first time in three months, but need to improve quite a bit to get back to October running level...saw three other joggers around merkle hq...felt OK
