overcast and cold...hint of snow in the air...ran the bus depot trail out and back...garmin couldn't pick up the satellite this morning...patches of ice on the trail...trail path hard and packed...ran sluggishly for three miles...struggled to keep pace...found stride late and finished well...felt good...
